Refunds and returns are handled by Thornfield Group Ltd trading as Watermeadow Deer Stalking.
Outing Bookings - Cancellation and Refund Policy
Deer stalking involves wild animals and natural conditions. While every effort is made to provide a safe, professional and enjoyable outing, no guarantee can be made regarding the opportunity to take a shot.
Refunds are not provided based on the success or outcome of the outing.
Outings are booked either as Flexible Date Bookings or Fixed Date Cull & Management Days.
Flexible Date Bookings
Most guided and unguided stalking bookings secure an outing of the type and duration purchased. Specific dates are arranged after booking based on estate availability, season and management requirements.
Cancellation terms:
More than 30 days notice:
Full refund or transfer to alternative date.
3–30 days notice:
50% of the outing fee retained. The remaining 50% held as credit for future use.
Less than 72 hours notice:
Full outing fee payable.
Fixed Date Cull & Management Days
Where a specific advertised date is booked, your booking secures a rifle position on that date.
Cancellation terms:
More than 30 days notice:
Full refund or transfer may be offered.
Less than 30 days notice:
No refund will be provided. Transfer may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation by Watermeadow Deer Stalking
If an outing must be cancelled by Watermeadow due to weather, safety concerns, land access restrictions, or other operational reasons, alternative dates will be offered.
Refunds will be provided only where no alternative date can be agreed.
Product Returns
Returns of physical goods are handled by Thornfield Group Ltd.
If you are dissatisfied with a product, you must contact us within 28 days of purchase.
Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Fit for resale
Proof of purchase is required.
Returns cannot be accepted after 28 days.
If returning unwanted items, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using recorded delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Product Refunds
Faulty or damaged goods will be refunded in full, including return postage costs.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
We may reduce the refund if goods have been used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
If a return is due to our error, we will cover return postage costs.
